Texas is competing for jobs every day. Businesses considering moving to or expanding in Texas are looking at a variety of factors, from taxes and regulations to the cost of labor and our legal climate. The Texas Association of Business strives to maintain hard-won gains and seeks to further protect and enhance policy issues in areas that may limit growth and investment in Texas.
TAB takes the lead on efforts and programs that will impact Texas businesses directly as well as position Texas for future growth.

Litigation Center

To further support our lobbying efforts TAB has created a litigation center that surveys the regulatory and policy landscape for issues that are detrimental to business. Our center, governed by an advisory board comprised of attorneys, business people and chamber representatives, evaluate and recommend whether or not TAB should file lawsuits or join lawsuits as a co-plaintiff or via amicus briefs.
